Google Docs Update

Hi everyone,
We made a small infrastructure tweak last night, and as a result, you may notice that some of your documents display a new modification time reflecting the timing of this update. Please be assured that your documents were not accessed or modified due to this infrastructure tweak.

Could this have 'broken' offline access via Gears? A few people (including me) are getting errors regarding a software update for the Docs Homepage, which seems to prevent offline access.

The doc I send to some will read on there end(you are not allowed to view) or ( unable to read because we think this an automatically generated email.
